This role is for a pure Hunter. We aren’t looking for someone to manage a warm inbox. We need a strategist who can build a pipeline from scratch, navigate the C-Suite, and close deals based on business impact, not feature lists.

Your Mission
You’re not just hitting a quota; you are helping to shape our GTM strategy for new markets, especially the US. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle – from the first cold call to the final signature and beyond.
What you’ll actually do:
- Hunt & Close: You identify and win new B2B customers at the decision-maker level. You build your own pipeline through high-volume activity (Phone, LinkedIn, Events) and you don’t stop until the deal is closed.
- Sell Value, Not Features: You don’t pitch “block editors”; you pitch Time-to-Market, TCO reduction, and Compliance safety. You speak the language of the C-Suite: profitability for CEOs and scalability for CTOs.
- Master the AI Cycle: You are AI-native. You don’t just use AI to write emails; you use it to summarize calls, analyze deal risks, and optimize your follow-up cadence. You use tech to sell faster and smarter.
- Expand & Strategize: You will actively help to develop the sales playbook and GTM strategy for the US market while managing and upsetting existing clients to maximize their revenue potential.
- Own Your Data: You manage your forecast and the CRM (HubSpot) with precision. No surprises, just clean data and predictable revenue.

The Hard Skills (The Toolbox)
- Track Record: Proven success in B2B Software/SaaS sales, specifically hunting new business. You know how to navigate complex deals in a digital environment.
- Communication: You command trust at the C-Level through clarity, precision, and substance.
- Languages: You are fluent in German (to handle our core market/team) and secure in English (to drive our international/US expansion).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in HubSpot is expected. Familiarity with AI sales tools is mandatory.
