Greyd.Suite is an extremely comprehensive software that can be used to implement a great variety of use cases. From smaller landing pages and individual websites to entire platforms with several connected websites and tools to mobile apps and digital signage. Our customers are as diverse as their use cases. Greyd.Suite is used by small agencies and freelancers as well as large international enterprises.
As you can imagine, it wasn’t easy for us to put together packages that meet the needs of all these different user groups. The good thing is that we managed it! As it may be difficult for you to find out which plan is right for you at first glance, this article will give you a clear basis for making a decision, so that you are guaranteed to find the right plan for you.
What all of our plans have in common
With each of our plans, you benefit from our Greyd Theme and all of our extensions in the Block & Site Editor. These include features such as additional global styles and responsive options, several custom blocks and extensive extensions to the core blocks.
What’s inside?

But there’s even more here: Manage your site(s) via our management platform Greyd.Hub, use our advanced WordPress search, create custom post types out of the box, all these features are included in every plan.
In a nutshell: No matter which of our plans you choose, you will always benefit from a whole suite of features to efficiently create individual websites.
Single license vs. subscriptions
We basically offer two different types of packages: A single license (“Basic”) and several subscriptions (“Freelancer”, “Corporate” and “Agency”). The single license is paid one-time and expires after one year (we will explain what this means in more detail in the next paragraph), the subscriptions are charged monthly or annually and have a minimum term of 12 months.
Our package names
We have given a lot of thoughts to naming our plans in such a way that our customers can quickly find their way around and directly identify the best plan for them. That’s why we decided against generic names such as “Bronze, Silver, Gold”.
In the end, we chose names that reflect the most common user groups.
- Our smallest subscription “Freelancer” is often chosen by freelance web designers.
- Companies that do not have an unlimited number of websites, but need some advanced features, often choose “Corporate”.
- Agencies that implement many and/or complex projects are often well served by the “Agency” plan.
However, these designations are only intended as a guide. Among our customers, for example, there are numerous freelance designers who have a large subscription. Just as there are agencies that use the Freelancer plan.
Our Basic license
The Basic license is our smallest license and the only single license. It differs fundamentally from our subscription packages in the scope of features and support. The Basic license can be used for one website and is valid for one year.
For whom is the Basic license suitable?
The Basic license is suitable for those who only want to implement a single website with Greyd and the basic functions (see below) are sufficient.
What’s in it?
The Basic license contains all the features listed above under “This is included in all plans”.
What needs to be considered?
In contrast to our subscriptions, the Basic license does not include personal support or onboarding. If you want to implement larger or more complex projects or would like to have personal support in general, we recommend one of our subscriptions.
The license expires after one year. This means that you will no longer be able to update (otherwise the Greyd banner will reappear in the frontend) and you will not be able to transfer the license key to other URLs. If you want to continue with updates, you will need a new license.
What does it cost?
The Basic license costs € 99 once.

Personal support and onboarding are important to you, you want to implement more than just a website and/or you need some of our advanced features? Then we recommend one of our subscriptions.
Our Freelancer license
The Freelancer plan is our smallest subscription. One license is activated each month, which means you can implement up to 12 websites per year and benefit from personal support, individual onboarding and additional features compared to a single license.
For whom is the Freelancer license suitable?
The Freelancer plan is made for anyone who regularly publishes websites or operates a multisite. As the smallest subscription with personal support and individual onboarding, the Freelancer plan is also popular with customers for whom it is important to have a personal contact.
What’s in it?
In addition to the features that are included in all plans (see above), the Freelancer plan also offers the option of connecting websites with each other and synchronizing elements across multiple websites with Global Content. The Advanced Search features are also expanded to include the option of displaying search results across multiple websites. Gated Content can be used to create registration and login forms, which can then be used to create restricted website areas that can only be accessed by certain user roles.
As with all subscriptions, the Freelancer plan comes with premium support with direct contact persons as well as individual onboarding. We will guide you through your first Greyd.Suite project, familiarize you with all the features and are personally available to answer any questions you may have.
What needs to be considered?
Both the Greyd.Hub management platform and the Global Content and Global Search headless features include cross-site functions. In the Freelancer plan, these can be used with WordPress multisites. If you also want to connect websites across installations and servers, we recommend choosing the Agency plan with the Site Connector.
The Gated Content feature included in this plan can also be expanded: The Corporate plan comes with user management, i.e. custom user roles for frontend and backend users, which can then be used for Gated Content, among other things.
What does it cost?
The Freelancer plan costs €69 per month with a minimum term of one year. One license is activated every month.

Our Corporate plan
The Corporate plan offers some additional features compared to the Freelancer plan and also more websites. Every month 3 licenses are activated, which means you have up to 36 websites available per year.
For whom is the Corporate plan suitable?
The Corporate plan offers more features and more websites than the Freelancer plan. It is therefore suitable for anyone who wants to implement more than 12 websites a year or use the user management features.
What’s in it?
In addition to the features and services of the Freelancer plan, our Corporate subscription also gives you access to the user management feature. This allows you to create any number of custom user roles and define down to the smallest detail which role should have which capabilities.
In addition, the number of websites you can create with this plan is three times higher than with the Freelancer plan.
What needs to be considered?
As in the Freelancer plan, you can use the cross-site functions within multisites. If you also want to connect websites across installations and servers, we recommend the Agency plan with the Site Connector.
What does it cost?
The Corporate plan costs €249 per month with a minimum term of one year. Three licenses are activated each month.

Our Agency plan
With the Agency plan, you benefit from everything that Greyd.Suite has to offer – with no limits! You can implement as many websites as you like and use all the featires.
For whom is the Agency plan suitable?
The Agency plan is targeted at anyone who wants to use the full range of Greyd.Suite features. Customers who tend to implement more complex projects in which, for example, websites are to be linked with each other across installations, choose the Agency plan because all features are available to them without limitations.
For bigger agencies, clients with many projects in general or franchises with large website systems, for example, the unlimited number of websites is often the basis for choosing the Agency plan.
In short: If you want to implement many and/or complex website projects with Greyd, the Agency plan is the best choice.
What’s in it?
Everything 🙂 With the Agency plan, you can implement as many websites as you like. You have no total or monthly limit that you need to observe.
In addition to the features and services included in the Corporate plan, the Agency subscription also includes two particularly powerful features: the Site Connector and our Staging Sites.
With the Site Connector, the possibilities of Global Content, Greyd.Hub and Global Search are massively expanded, as you can also connect websites that are located on different servers & installations.
And thanks to the integrated staging feature, you have full control over all adjustments to your websites. You can safely test them on staging versions before applying them to the live website with one click.
What does it cost?
The Agency plan costs €449 per month with a minimum term of one year.
Not for you?
In case you don’t want to start with the biggest subscription right away, you can also start with a smaller plan and then upgrade.
